Rene Marie Russo, an American film director and actress who was once a supermodel is also a director of films. Apart from her beautiful elegance, her continued successes in the competitive film industry proves her skills as a performer. The model began her modeling career in the 70s. Soon, she became one of the most sought-after models. After completing her acting studies, Russo began her career as a model in Los Angeles. Russo debuted on screen in ABCs Sable drama in 1987, playing Eden Kendell. In her first feature film Major League two years after, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. Some critics who were initially skeptical of her performance skills however, eventually became convinced after seeing her consistent performance. Rose Namajunas ranks among the top UFC female athletes. Her career began in amateur fighting, where she fought for a variety of regional promotions. Later on she joined Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). Due to her successes within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas is known as a common name since joining UFC. Namajunas had his birth on June 29, 1992, at Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was born into an ethnically diverse Lithuanian family. Rose participated in sports such as basketball and kickeboxing when she was growing older. When she was 18 years old, she had her first professional fight at Invicta Fighting Championships in which she took two wins via submission. Dana White took notice of the fact that she had won, and was accepted into the strawweight division of UFC in the month of December, 2014 when Rose was only 22. Rose has experienced the highs and lows of her professional career. She has always won. Rose took on Carla Esparza on April 15, 2015, for the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza by a technical knockout within less than 3 minute of the Round One. Rose not only got the title, but also was named Fighter Of The Night. Rose also made MMA history with this match because she became the first woman to compete for a champion title within any organization of note. Following this victory Namajunas went onto have several victories, including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC in the wake of these wins .
